A Citywide Standard for Quality Youth Work
We believe the sector will benefit from a co-produced, citywide framework that defines the minimum quality expectations for all youth work providers across Birmingham, ensuring consistency, safeguarding assurance, and high-quality delivery regardless of provider.
The standard is set to be 'safe to open the doors' and to enable organisations to achieve this standard. This means every young person in Birmingham can trust that wherever they access youth work, they will receive a safe, high-quality experience.
